Yeah,Just Pray the in process is Not that 9 months procedure that happened earlier


Keep your fingers crossed

Many applicants address went missing today. (including mine)
It is a good sign this time.

This time it didn't happen because of user interaction by way of any letters to VO.

REJECTION LETTER

I got the refusal letter from DELHI OFFICE.My Aor is 16 OCT 2006.After submitting updated documents e-case change from In process to Decision made.I knew that time but I waited the reasons for refusal.
I'm confused.My lawyer said that I should submit application for work permit but I want to fight.If they want to refused why they wait to pass 2 year,that is so unfair.
So please,share your opinion.

but, they r the boss here.

hope they rectify this thing, if they hv to refuse why let the applicant wait for so so long?

catch is, how wud they knw themselves, if they were to refuse the applicant?
so think from their angle also.

What does this INPROCESS WITH RBVO MEAN

in Practical terms can anyone please explain

'in process' means your file has started to move forward.
after issuing u the 2nd AOR.

next step here is the Issuance of the Medical docs.

how ever,
"In Pro. with RBVO details" (once 'in process' icon is clicked) means,
the file is at the very same stage as earlier one (i wish im incorrect on this )

so its kind of a Lollipop given to the applicant to stay calm for more time.

unless upon clicking 'in process' icon,
the details come up describing like
"on so and so date your file was opened to checking and eligibility was determined,
we find it appropriate, back grnd checks are fine...........also the credentials...."

i mean, they will put up such information in their formal/legal terminology........
we shud not assume our case is IN PROCESS for real.
