DBC- my status is In Process with RBVO details

CAIPS report has come...........nothing significant.

my BF D was feb 4, 2011, im sure NDVO didnt care about this thing from that date till date.
hope they pick the file up in aug or sep.

NDVO has not even given me points for anything but AGE factor.

DBC Bai Ji ! Please wish me luck as i had sent my 3rd application thru DHL couriers.I had applied for first time in july 2009 but my consultant didn't received any intimation from CIO NS.My bank HDFC also gave status of my draft as uncashed in Dec 2009.Then my consultant advised me to reapply in jan 2010.At that time my bank gave the status of draft as encashed in Sep 2009.The bank also kept me in dark.For 2nd time i applied on 30th march 2010 thru my consultant against same fees.In April 2010 i got refund for 1st application.Again my consultant didn't received any response from CIO NS.Then i joined Canadavisa Forum in July 2010 and got the email address of CHC New Delhi.I sent an email with my biodata and i got reply with my file number.When i checked ecas with file number, there were 2 statuses : decision made of previous application and approval of 2nd application.On the basis of file number i submitted my full docs to CHC New Delhi in sep 2010 , 15 days before expiry of 120 days deadline.But destiny was having different plans for me as i fell in prejune category.Now the wait is frustrating.So i took courage and filed my 3rd application today.Now fingers crossed for 2 applications, which one will bring joy on our faces. chance was taken, to satisfy my 'i shud hv done it before' thoughts.

after putting bfd of feb 5, 2011, they didnt take it up. and even no points have been finalised as per caips.

nov. is the month i m hoping for now.
