i discuss in details regarding document received by cic canada [ at my relative place ] i this this document is my caips i applied through my relative on dated 12th april 2011 and cic give answer for that request i think it not medical document because in medical document is with passportsize photograph and in format of annexure -A so i think it is capis note answer i applied through my relative.

i am very sorry for without check document i give reply my medical received...........

i think i wait for another two months for that........

Have they sent through Fedex or not...if not ask them to get it scanned and send as it would be easy and cheaper and you will get through email in few seconds. Fedex charges 50 dollars. Of course, fedex reaches india in 3 days max.
