Hi hitesh..

A number of persons with FT in April 2010 have got their files in process. Hope my file too is picked up for processing because as the days pass it is becoming more and more difficult to control one's patience.

As my FT too is in April, hope some good news comes my way in the next 2 weeks or so.

check my time line i have to wait full ten months to get my medicals after full document submission.
all i can say is be patient as have been lots if guys in this forum.by your timeline you still have to wait for at least three four months for medicals unless you have AEO. EVEN AEO doesn't grantee speedy application processing

and I heard they may take two weeks to reply to my case specific inquiry Is it true?

check my time line i have to wait full ten months to get my medicals after full document submission.

maybe the pic will be clearer then

according to my advisor chc is processing march april FTD all others dates are misguiding and is a bluff

dbc, ND VO takes up files as per the FTD (24march) or Full Application submission date/ 2nd AOR (july 19),
can u ask ur advisor or other source?

there shud be a system at their office, of picking the file.

An applicant applies in March. His acknowledgement is in 1st wk April. FTD 10days later.He / she submits the entire set of dox in 1st wk Aug. Now:
a)If FTD is taken then his processing should come up in 10mths,i.e.;Feb2011
b)If processing is picked up on basis on dox submission, processing should come up in June2011.

If you go through the April thread, many applicants who have FTD after me, their files are in process.How do u explain that? And what I want to know is how VO gives DM before MR. Does this mean that VOs are going through our files? If yes, then why are they holding our files for so long? Its confusion all the way!

Destination...ask ur advisor why these differences in processing?

in my first case specific enquiry i got answer in flat three days

never got answer for second case specific inquiry.
you can guess why

Processing of files is not purely based on FTD. It is combination of FTD, Submission Date, quality of docs. NOC etc.
An applicant with FTD 1 April 2010 who submitted docs. on 15 April & another who submitted on 15 August will not be reviewed at the same time.
Sometimes a file requires only 1 BFD & sometimes files require 3-4 BFD's before a decision based on paper submission can be taken.
A File getting an In Process with date will definitely define the next step of the process, be it medicals or call for further docs. or interview.

E-cas got updated the next tuesday after he got his medicals, check with him...
Since e-cas updates once a week that much time lag between action & output will happen.
