I THINK U SHOULD HAVE INFORMED YOUR BOSS EARLIER ABOUT YOUR PLANS TO MIGRATE TO CANADA. NOW THAT U ARE 90% THROUGH IN THE PROCESS, I THINK YOUR BOSS SHOULD CONSIDER THIS MATTER AND SUPPORT YOU IN ANY WAY HE CAN. THIS IS A MATTER OF YOUR LIFE. HE SHOULD CO-OPERATE. u want to try ur luck in canada, why ur boss can not co-operate, on
humanitarian ground, at least.

if u cant convince him urself, take help of ur peers, or some senior member around you, who can
work as a middleman.

do wat ever it takes, no matter wat!

i m wondering if CHC dials his boss' mobile no. then Wattt? and he may say all the negatives etc.

Hi Yahoo, 'U seem to be really stuck up, its understandable that there r some company's, small in nature ,and some superiors not ready to co-operate, may be the HR guy can, if theres one, or maybe the best thing is to give a written explanation to VO about the real situation and also offer them to have a physical verification done by them to your office. Also u can send all the external proofs viz. website, or any other docs which u can manage to get. Rest is Luck.
