I DONT think so, no possibility of interview at this stage unless something unavoidable noticed by CIC, but you should not worry about any interview at this stage.

I will send o format on which IOM needs request for medical appointment.
After receipt of email on specified format , they will respond with in two days.

At present they will issue visa with in 60 days from medical clearance
