Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Today I submitted my passports for visa stamping at Abu Dhabi office.

Hi guys,
I need urgent help here; I recieved the request to submit passports in 30 days for visa; and unfortunatelly my wife could not find her passport aparently she left it at the Medical centre where she did her medicals on 9th of this month, she rang and asked them this morning if they have her passport or found it and there answer was NO.

Now I am very much worried about what to do, my wife went to the passport office earlier and she is told by the staff there, since she is a govt employee she needs new NOC from the concerned department which will atleast take a 4 to 5 days.
above all they said there is no guarantee she will get the urgent passports in 4 days which is published guide lines for urgent passport applicqtio. Due to the hajj season and a situation in Islamabad and currently the delay could be up to 3 weeks.

Can some one please advice me what to do in this situatio?

I was already supposed to request CHC to allow me to submit my passport for visa in UK and my wife and two kids to submit passports for visa in pakistan but now I am facing an other problem.

please some one advise me what should I do in this situation.

NOC: One week
Urgent Passport: 2 Week max.'

Wait 1 - 2 weeks, and then drop an email to CHC about the current situation. Its a genuine case. They should extend the deadline to submit passport, i guess

Hi every one,
Finally after a long wait, I have recieved Passport submission request yesterday.
They gave me 30 days to submit the passports in one package.

Now I am puzzled what to do I am in UK and my wife and kids are in pakistan.
Is this possible I submit my passport here and my family in pakistan? - NO , you need to submit these in one package
Please shade some light on this issue.

my visa officer is RIH so any one here having the same visa officer hopefully will recieve the passport submission request after a two weeks of their medical.

Can anybody tell me whom name we should make demand draft, if we think to pay RPRF as a demand draft?

and at which we need to send DD?

They can not travel to UK my wife lost her passport; and even if she gets the urgent passport in two weeks she needs to contact UK embassy in Pakistan first for restamping of her UK visa which will further take a time.

Common guys any solution or idea?

Do they not allow submission of passport at two different places for PR visa stamping?

My brother who works in denmark had the same situation. He wanted to submit passport in UK while wife was back home and wanted to submit her passport in Islamabad. But were told by embassy that either UK or Islamabad. It cant be two different places.
At that time, he even wrote to embassy that it is computrized system and it should not be a problem but we got the same reply that all documents must in one package to one embassy.

To wind up , and to come out of this , drop an email to VO , they will clarify and advise you accordingly.
Our friend Mr.Z.A.Lateef is passing through similar situation , and LVO has advised him to submit all his passports in a single package to VO for stamping visa and issuing COPR.

My wife and kid had medical today. It went fine. I would also pay the RPRF using credit card today.

1- I want to know that: Do I need to inform/email CHC London that I have done the medical? by uploading scanned copies of receipts

2- Should I send copy of receipt(RPRF) to CHC London too?

Email VO copy of RPRF payment receipt , inform them thay you have appeared fro medicals , request for advice for further steps
In return they will mail you PPR
