Already opened US Dollar A/c. By the way, can I open US Dollar A/c in Canada to avoid conversion loss.
I intend to land at the end of September 2014.
I have to get credentials assessed & have to give one month's notice at my workplace.

1. All Canadian Banks offer accounts in CAD and US $ , but FDD takes time to realize. It advisable that you must carry at least CAD 10,000/- in Cash , so that you can use them readily etc.

Do we need to do the Polio Vaccination from UAE since our current nationality is Pakistan?

Please reply with reference as I don't want to face any trouble on Toronto Airport due to this new rule ...

Drop email to LVO , they will help you out.
They are the one whose version counts , and is effective.
I am from Pakistan , living in Pakistan , My PPR-1 instructions clearly advises me to submit photocopies to LVO in step-1 , and in step-2 , LVO will advice me to submit passports to Islamabad
