Photograph Specifications Notes to the applicant PHEP

The two photographs must:

show a full front view of the person’s head and shoulders, showing their full face centred in the middle of the photograph;

be produced on single weight matte paper;

measure between 25mm and 30mm (1" and 1 1/5") from chin to crown (see diagram);

have a finished size of 35mm x 45mm (1 3/8" and 1 3/4") (see diagram).

My Wife passport is expiring in March 2014, should i do meds now or should i rnew the PP first as i have 60 days ?

seniors advise ???

a passport must be valid for one year from the date of medical to travel on the same passport. what you can do is to go ahead with medical with this one but immediately apply for renewal passport so you can send them your wife's new passport's copies and details when Visa office sends you passport request 1 which these days they are sending within two weeks of recieving medicals with 30 day timeline. one other smart way to handle this situation is to take medical appointment with a delay and apply for passport immediately so when you go ahead with medicals with older one your wife's new passport is around the corner and that way you will be able to send new passport copies and details when u get the PPR1.
