Salam. I am flying to canada on 5th of feb, alongwith my wife and two kids. Can i carry 21000$ in cash to canada. I know there is no problem in canada but i m not sure that Pakistani authorities will allow to carry such a huge amount of cash?.... Plz suggest.... Urgent....

At Airport when Customs or FIA staff asks for amount of cash you are carrying , say them US $ 5000/-

Best solution is;

Go to Airport from where you are flying , there is a CAA counter for "Prepaid Protocol" , it is for Rs.500/-.
At the time of boarding , they will assign a porter to you , who is responsible for getting your boarding on priority , pay him Rs.1000/- to Rs,1500/- extra , he will help you in passing from customs and FIA

I hope other waiters would have something in this or next month......I got the GCMS notes for my brother who applied in March 2010 and guess what... no update whatsoever..... I wish you good luck with your process.
If you are in foreign country other then your country of citizenship than you can obtain police certificate from the country's embassy.
