I remember 2 calgary n cock n bull telling me that there this is a separate brown sealed envelop along with visa n COPR. This envelope is for US too and it just has a WELCOME TO CANADA - INTRODUCTORY PACK.
(So IF we r talking about this same envelope) It has brochures n flyers like how to settle in canada, etc type stuff.
Baaki. I have nt seen that envelope either. So people who ve already gotten it, can tell in better detail.

Lets start a bit of planning for our post Canada Tenure as we all will get visa sooner or later inshALLAH. I need a little information. I have attested my degree and transcript from HEC and just want to know do i need to get the WES evaluation for job applications inside Canada. I dont know whether employers in Canada require it or not. Secondly I want to know is there any legal requirement from universities (Alberta) for this credential evaluation after HEC Attestation. Senior plz comment on it.

In order to get higher / advances studies in Canada you need following;

1. Universities required , verification of Marks Sheets and degrees from your university - Get it done , in case if there is any discrepancy in your record , you personally can take pain and get it rectified.

2. One these verifications are issued , next time university will take a countable days to reissue fresh ones in the name of any institution

3. WES evaluation is also required by some employers , but every university requires this
