Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Dear All ,

I received only my medical request on 2nd of October 2013 by email and did the medical after one month and 20 days , and I checked my mail box today i was surprised to find a letter dated 01/10/2013 from CIC asking me to send the PCC from Saudi Arabia and to pay ROPR within 60 days of the date of letter , meaning i have only less than 10 days to finish the PCC which usually take one moth ...

will this affect negatively my application ?

Guys please help and guide .

Just write them an email and explain that you received the letter today because of PO Box system in KSA
and request them to extend the deadline and insha Allah they will do it....
But send draft by tomorrow and PCC as soon as you get it....

1) to which email address should i send the ? the one i received for my medical request or other ?

2) my name in Iqama in Saudi Does not match with my passport name is that a problem for PCC ?

3) what is the procedure to receive the PCC from inside saudi Jeddah since i have the request letter from Canada embassy ?

yes you can send email on the same and better to click on reply and write a precise email.

there is no problem KSA write your & father name together.

Dear All Members
After sending my PPR1 documents on 23rd October 13 like(photocopies of current passports and updated information chart) LVO asked me yesterday to send them all previous passports photocopies of my husband and further they wrote that allow them four months to review. We did medical on 27th Feb 13. My question is will they take four months or less time to review them or is it normal if they asked previous passport photocopy after sending PPR1?
We are PNP applicant. When we applied Alberta then we written previous passport no and send its copy. But when we applied to CIO his passport was expired and got new one. He traveled UK 2 times for 10 and 15 days and KSA for 5 days and we mention his travel on suplementary travel information form. He didn't deported from anywhere. He refused German visa and we also mentioned it on his Schedule Background Declaration form and also gave them reason. I was refused visit visa of uk and also mention on my Schedule Background form and wrote the reason as well. I have also previous passport but they didn't ask me.

They have to incorporate your passport history in system , and check your Criminality against these. Visa refusal etc has no impact on Immigration Visa , as this is a separate ball game with rules other than Visit Visa
