Brother, This 62,000 are total cases/applications or persons like 1 case include 3 visas approximately (Principal+Spouse+Child). And FSW 2013 should be 5000 case why 15000? Thanks

Sir

62000 are Persons (Visas) , and for FSW 2013 my estimate is for Max 5000 x 3 = 15000 Persons / Visas

Stay Blessed

62000 are total person not application. so it should be cleared by next year insha Allah.

Sir

You are right . Lets hope for the best , I personally believe that all FSW backlog will be cleared by April / June 2015.

Kind Regards

Dear - is there a way to avoid paying RPRF now?

better to pay now, if they r asking otherwise later no problem they will ask u again. but this will delay your process, therefore don't take risk. although it is financially tough to arrange funds in advance in $$$$.

you can delay your wife medical till after delivery but you need to inform them of the situation and tell them that you will pay the landing fees with your wife medical.
wait for more advise.

At this point this payment should be on high priority....so they should not start thinking that you don't have funds and may ask again POF

Please don't delay it and send this draft within the deadlines....

The rest is your choice if you want to take the risk....

Goodluck

Agreed. It always better to provide them with what they are requesting unless things are not in your control e.g delay in getting PCC etc.

Dear All,
I am principal applicant. I wanted to ask that me and my daughter want to land Canada earlier than my husband. He will join us after wards so my question is that can I leave with my daughter without him and do I need any sort of letter from him that he will accompany us later?
Thanks waiting for your advice.

Pl see what have you written in your application. If accompanied is mentioned as YES then you all 3 should land together. Otherwise being a principal applicant you could land with your daughter and your husband would follow you later.

Thanks SMSH & eemmoo1... you guys are right.. i should not delay anything if i would have been in a normal situation.. but i am in lil bit complex situation where I just wanna delay the payments. In short, i have some other plan which will be confirmed in two months time. If that is final, i may opt out from this immigration path

I know this look silly but that's what it's.

Anyway, i will write to them today giving my situation and if they respond to delay all.. that's ok with me.
