It's not AT ALL kismat. It's the way you presented full docs (your docs & supporting proofs etc..) to visa office. In short, with set of docs you relived the VO from extra checking/verification, that's how you get MR quickly while some (with loose set of docs) get delayed. For example Saki case was rejected (even before full docs stage, at SELDEC stage) due to JD, no matter he was expert but some loose guy case got accepted because of good quality of docs vouch!

At this stage, decision has already been taken with wait letter. Some will get MR first and some will get MR later...there will be no rejection....so this notion of "whose docs r better represented will get MR first", I disagree with it.....
So many people waiting who sent full docs between May2010-JAn2011....that's a period of almost 9 months....so does the following seem logical:
"From the full docs sent between MAY 2010 - JAN 2011, NO ONE sent a well represented file, and they skipped everyone, and the first well represented file they found was in FEB 2011 of LEOL , and all the rest in between (awaiting MR) sent badly represented files??"

As it is just "RANDOM picking of files now", nothing else, .....This "GOOD/BAD" file mattered at the selection/SELDEC stage, (where they rejected the BAD files)...for MR stage, ALL of the waiter files are GOOD, since they ALL are already approved and ALL will get MR.
but as I said, that's JUST my opinion...so no arguments
