People get screwed up because of errors email them and write "urgent' in thé subject section and explain them the situation

[thank you for your support. I did send an email to them and described the situation. let's see what correspondence they make..I made an enquiry on Case specific enquiry by filling up the form... does anybody know alternative email to find out the outcome? ]

Dear Seniors
I am silent reader of all forums of this website.
My category is AINP family stream PNP. I had sent my complete package to CIO in June and got AOR in July 12. CHC london sent me a letter in JAN 13 and asked for medical , PCC and RPRF. Me and my spouse did medical on 27th Feb 13. First week of May I got email in which they asked updated documents request.
My husband traveled London 2 times and KSA 1 time in 2006. His first visit duration was for 10 days and second visit duration was for 12 days. His umrah visit duration was only for 5 days. I mention his all these travels in Suplementory Information your Travel form, but in his background declaration form in column Personal history I forgot to mension his travels. My question is should I inform them now or wait for their response. After sending updated documents in mid May I have no communication with LVO. . I have sent status enquiry on 10 Sep but yet no reply.
Thanks

I don't think you need to do anything on this, travel history is totally different question then BG personal history as in my opinion you need to write only your permanent stays otherwise it would be duplication and if it was required to mention your visits in BG then there was no need to complete the travel history...why they will do duplicate work, seniors pls correct me if I am wrong... ::)
Apply CAIPS/GCMS if not yet done to know the real situation before it is too late.. as your MR will expire in next few months...1 year from the medical done date...if you find anything negative assessed by officer but in reality you did nothing wrong then you can shoot an email with reference to your CAIPS/GCMS providing the justification with/without any supporting documents...

Nope. Most approved Doctors are very understanding unless you have a long/know family medical condition which you think may need to be disclosed at this stage. Otherwise, its normal medical assessment, eye sight, overall heath check, body weight/height and HIV test.

All the best

Wassalam,
SMSH

Just an update, got my first GCMS note yesterday since my file changed from B to E on 8th august, i used to receive Caips note earlier but this time it has come as GCMS of 23 pages. According to it, my BFD was on 7 september 2013 but till today heard of nothing from LVO. Moreover, recently I moved from London to Bangladesh so dear SMSH can update my country of residence accordingly. Lets hope that we the waiters hear something good from LVO in the next few days.
