Hey Calgary! You are senior to me and we are both in 4131 category. Tell me how to fill in that updated chart. Can it be typed into or is it to be fulled only manually with a good old ball point. And should one send colored copies of passport or B/W? And should one include the profession page in the passport copy or not? Anticipating a quick reply from you. I intend to send my package tomorrow.

I just send Scanned copies of Passports and typed the charts. and sent these through email. Although I also posted the copies today but there is no use. Send through email and you will get PPR2 in 2 days via mail.

Hey, And how did you send the photographs? If you scanned photographs what resolution of scanning did you use? I have a scanner so I can send them scanned pics, passport scanned copies and the updated chart through email but then should I also send them the copies through courier(TCS)? I am asking this because they have not mentioned email. They just mentioned mail/courier. Did you get PPR2 in two days?

they did not ask me to send pics, they mentioned send through mail or courier, here mail means e-mail. you can also send through courier in order to be on a safe side as i did, just 4 ur peace of mind.

I submitted my Medical in May traveled to Canada in July as a tourist, and if you remember the immigration officer told me that my case was rejected as they claim that they did not get my medical but my CAIPS notes prove they did and on time, also nothing mention about the rejection.
My Bring forward date was in August 4 and nothing happened.
I asked my lawyer to send them enquiry but till now V.O. did not answer our enquiry and my lawyer keep telling me that everything is ok.
My ecase still says in process what do you think??

If your medicals are assessed in CAIPS and also there is note on date when medicals were received by VO, then you don't need to worry at all. But you must follow up with them on your case.

if medical received line is appearing in your ecas then all is OK, keep documents and tracing papers, in case it is rejected then u can claim it again. no issues no worries.

Medical was assessed as M01 for the entire family with expire date one year after medical. but my ecase has not changed no medical line received.

Well for some cases it does not appear till end of the process. But main thing is remarks of medical officer in caips notes. Was you medicals assessed before due date or after?

I think I am more relaxed than worred as it was assessed before the dead line.
but one can not be 100% sure to we get something from them.
