Very scary situation after looking at your list some have crossed 40 months and most of them with 3 years and some are very badly stuck

Nothing is scary it's matter of luck that's it...
Our turn will come but it is matter of issuing Visa for ever and not a sweet shop
Where FIFO can be applied ( first in first out)
It depends on case to case situation
You have to agree with me because some applicants already received MR
after 18 months letter where they clearly said that decision will be made in 2014
But still 3.5 months left in 2014 and they are at almost last stage
As per the chart... They will not be any more in ( in process once there MR has been received )
Which means decision will be made in next 2-3 months in 2013 itself
So it is very clear that it depends on case to case basis
And there could be multiple factors of selection for sending MR
But this is for sure all of us are already eligible and will get visa at some point
But guys don't destroy your current life due to that...
However any critical decisions can be shifted to future like buying a home in Pakistan because I need POF
Until I reach canada

I think it started working cinsidering FIFO the 2 applicants had submitted full documents before Sep and they sent UDR's using FIFO instead from the date of 12 month letters one more thing has struck my mind which are background checks that's whyp they are slow and not sending MR's in bulk as they used to do in thé past due to which a lot of applicants specially from M-3 had to do remedicals so the bottom line is it's not luck or random picking of files but completion of files after conducting all the checks I would say even the security checks before sending MR'S

Or if somebody gone through this stage

negative RNA and PCR means no HCV, while going for medical you should take all RNA reports and medication history to the DMP. they will again verify with additional payments and it will be cleared. don't worry. but just make sure that HCV should not be reactivated again.

Any comments on my case , NOC-0111 , heard nothing since April 2010 , no letter nothing from LVO , other than routine and generic emails .
