No harm in sending updated POF as you have addition in your family.
3) NOT RECEIVED REQUEST FOR RPRF IN UPDATED FORM REQUEST,WHICH IS CAD$490/- EACH FOR APPLICANT & SPOUSE....MAY I SEND THIS RPRF WITH THESE FORMS? ? ??
No you shouldn't send RPRF at this time as they haven't requested it yet
4) CAN I MAKE ONE DRAFT FOR ALL LIKE (NEW BORN + RPRF FOR APPLICANT + SPOUSE) "CAD$150 + 490 + 490" ? ??
You only need 1 draft to pay for the new born fee.

PLZ COMMENT ...

Dear All

on my CSI today i received reply from LVO for procedure adding new born.
Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your enquiry

A new dependent can be added during the processing of an application.
You must submit a new application form including this new dependent on the applicant’s form for permanent resident.

In order to add the child to an application for permanent residence at this office, we require the following documents:

processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada)
your child’s birth certificate
copy of your child’s valid passport
4 recent photographs of your child
updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse.
a “Certificat de Sélection du Québec” for your child ( in his or her name), if you wish to immigrate to the province of Québec (http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/index.asp)
Copies of the original documents with original certified translations into English or French are required. All documents must be sent by mail.

Your child must undergo a medical examination. Be aware that even non-accompanying dependants must undergo medical examinations.

Application forms and photo specifications are available on our Web site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3901e.pdf

Please note that the eligibility of new dependents will be assessed by the visa officer.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post to the applicant at the mailing address provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

WHAT EXACTLY THEY ARE ASKING .updated form for kid or new application for all family members ?

Hi, i would like to ask you that did they give you 120 days to process your documents when you sent your documents to them? If so, did you send the CSE within that 120 days or after this time?

Additionally, could you please share text of the CSE or briefly tell us what you have written to them? did you simple ask the status of your case your specifically mention that you were waiting for medicals and PPR?

I did wait for the 120 days n then send a CSE, asking them when I can expect to get my medicals.

For PR I send a CSE about a month after sending my meds, this time I asked them to confirm if my meds has been received. I did not specifically ask about the PP request, but asked them to send a email notification when they send the PP request by snail mail( as I had some issues with the postal system).
In reply to this they mentioned - yourmedicals has been recieved and we will contact you in the due course.

Hope this helps!

praise Allah,

received email on 30th April with updated docs request letter (18 months) , letter date 26th april. but really frustrating to know I have to wait again for 16/17 months to get MR. :(

U won't have to wait for 16-17 months to get MR. 'Finalize' means visa , not MR.

Also, me and arsh and zeeshan were discussing a month ago, that the remaining ones (who don't have paris in ecase) will stay at LVO, and will (mostly) get 18 month letter. we didn't say it on forum coz we knew u guys were hopin for MR from paris.

Kher bro. Don't be disappointed. This is a step in the right direction, and expect MR within this year. Inshallah. All will be good.

Thank you and wish that you will here from them very soon on the next step

You all know that I have applied for my daughter study permit and for us a visit visa strange that they have approved the visa’s and the study permit on the same date the medical was requested that is one week ago.
My daughter has to start during summer and I don’t think they will finish it before then.

sunnyincanada,
ur passport expiry date or ur medical one year completion date, whichever comes first will be the expiry date of ur visa. it might be one month or 8 months. but in some cases where medical expiry is only less than one month then they r giving grace period of one month.
