No. This statement is for parents and grand parents visa. Not for FSW's

Hi Ahmad,

After receiving Medical + UDR, there will be hardly any applicant who will go for GCMS.

The long wait for medical has come to end , so why to request GCMS...?.

Regards
Cool

Did anyone ordered GCMS after receing meds from PVO or after receiving UDR from LVO. I know one of the applicants have but more curious about those who were transfered to PVO?

My BFD is 31 MAR 2013 but it's a SUNDAY? Do they work on Sundays or BFD is a joke?

I don't think that BFD is strictly followed as far as LVO is concerned. Your file can be reviewed the same day or your turn may come after a week or so. This is though an administrative tool does not seems to be strictly complied with.

BF purely works on numerical offset principal. No calendar days or months are being considered here.

That means if CIO or VO wants to put a BF date, he/she will enter off-set days and the next BF date will be calculated automatically without considering any public holidays.

The BF reports are produced on regular intervals so it's not always necessary that your will be reviewed exactly on your BF date.

Below is the excerpt from one of the manual.

"Processing offices must produce BF reports based on the A87 BFTO code, at regular intervals. To
establish the appropriate interval, visa offices must determine how many files have been
transferred from the CIO. The visa office must also determine the range of BF dates. Based on
this information the BF report must be produced as frequently as necessary"

As soon as first Quarter will be over , we may see the new processing time of LVO/PVO as well as the backlog status...

Bro..... it won't affect your meds if you are chain smoker ..... so enjoy ur life 8). There may be a question in questionnaire if you are smoker but that's about it.
