Dear SMSH,

i have also done the same thing where it made sense, in my previous submission of docs. Box space in the new forms are more shorter than previous as they include one or two new columns.

I believe in clarity and if the information is not clear enough for VO. It may take some extra time on his side.

What good in submitting the docs in rush when there's possible doubt and the same could be returned back to you asking for further explanation with a new BF date ?? There are a few examples for this in the forum.

This is my view and you dont have to agree with this

Real Example, which I did and was accepted....with Full Docs for LVO
Don't take too much pain for this thing....Make it fast....and submit updated forms....

Example:
You can enter below: in short Form....
Govt. Cent. Mod. High School, Lhr. Pak.

instead of below

Government Central Model High School Lahore, Pakistan.

I applied with the help of a consultant but he is not a registered canadian immigration consultant. These type of consultant only help to prepare your documents and fill the forms that's all.

My suggestion for this is to create a column with representative or no representative.

If we use Adobe Reader X (10.1.6) then there is no problem in filling the forms. Use standard abbreviation, as suggested by SMSH, where necessary then space is no problem. This version could be easily free down loaded.
