Does anyone know the email for PVO? Need to send email and ask tem about my application. Still no update on my application since my status changed to PVO from LVO

My updated forms letter asks to quote file number on all correspondence including envelope. envelope part is self explainatory but what does the first part mean. should i write file number on every page of every form i am supposed to send visa office?

Yes, the file no needs to be pasted on all correspondence. I mean on envelopes. Not on forms. In my case I have received stickers fron cic with the file number on them. This helps them.

Just got an email from LVO, I was expecting PPR but after medical LVO find out that they need this again, I will send in couple days inshaallah.

This is regarding your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below.

- Scanned copies of birth certificates for your 3 children.

- Scanned copies of updated proof of settlement funds.
Please refer to our website for more information on the amount required. You must have sufficient transferable and available funds, unencumbered by debts or any other obligations. Include proof of savings, property ownership documents (With a statement of the outstanding mortgage and official valuation) and proof of any other assets, debts and other financial obligations. Proof of assets that are not liquid or transferable, such as cars or jewellery, will not be considered. Clearly state the exact amount in Canadian dollars. Please also provide an explanation for any large deposits and please show the origin of any new funds credited to your bank accounts.

Please provide scanned copies of the information required via e-mail within 30 Days. We look forward to hearing from you.

Is the PVO states "Pending review"...same is mine..too...just wait n watch...i suggest we need to be bit patient..
Ur excitement should not backfire ur file...there is no harm to wait for a while and then enquire...its not even a month since the status from LVO - PVO...mine is same too...anyways we waited in LVO....

I understand your frustration buddy......wait for some time as you have already sent CSE.

Nowadays London Office is behaving in a very unusual way and difficult to predict them.

My file has been in process since March 2012 and still no response! Sent them a query but didn't get any response! What the hell am I suppose to do?

Sending CSE will not harm your case but nagging them is also not good.

Wait for some time and give them time to act.....

Out of all those who either got transferred to PVO or got 18 months letter, did anyone ordered their CAIPS? And if so, was there any line added in notes like additional docs may be required? I am wondering and trying to analyse the pattern of LVO.

Photocopy with full docs (initial application) but they never asked me again. They asked only for POF.

R u sending them bank statement for 3 months or only certificate?
What they actually want ? will only certificate ok or must have to sending bank statement?
