Schedule A Form = is also known as Background Decleration ...

The full form name is: Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]

Once you get an oppurtunity to open this form ... At the top of the form you'll find two (2) check boxes

1- For "Principle Applicant"
2- And another for "The Spouse"

So it's 101% sure that this form has to be filled by the both ... There's no any other option ... :-[

I would suggest to inform VO on this and get guidance from them. If they find at later stage of PPR ur file may again go for another round of BG/security checks.

Bahi Sb, leave the passport as it is, If she has a line on PP in profession Column "Government Officer" then the Embassy will not stamp Immigration Visa at this passport, She needs NOC from her Department to travel to leave country, She needs ex-Pakistan leave to exit country, In short once she is government Servant she can not move with her free will. So keep all this in your mind and there is no positivity in getting a additional line on Passport as Government Officer.
This all is based on my personal experience being an ex-Government Officer BPS-18

and must apply for urgent bcs regular will be given to you after 3 to 4 months

Dear,if you are a principal applicant and for you being principal applicant her education credentials matters as from CIC you have been granted marks for her education not profession. so please write down her profession what ever she is doing it does not matter because she can resign from her job upon your case approval from CIC, but if she wants to accompany you in Canada then do not go for her Government Officer Passport, as I explained above CIC will not accept this GOP Officer PP for visa stamp she needs an NOC and after three years of service she will be able to get NOC or ex Pakistan leave for the whole period till you get citizenship.
As for your concern of cross check at Pakistani Boarder or Airport, take it easy there is no such system and she will be smoothly stamped Exit on her ordinary passport at which she has visa. hope job done
