Hey all, I sent my first application to sydney canada on 16 february 2010. I was asked by CHC London to send updated documents i.e. forms, photos and police certificate and I sent the same to CHC on 6 november 2012. My case is in process since March 14 2012. It is already almost an year. I received 6 to 12 months wait letter on 6th April 2012. I have been waiting, waiting and waiting but I haven't heard from CHC London since October 2012. When would they Send me MR? Should I send them a reminder or what? When Am I expected to get MR. Has anyone with similar timeline got MR?

Bruv, If you haven't received 18 months letter, you should send CSI.

One of my friend, who got 6 - 12 months wait letter on 2nd April, 2012 from CHC London applied for Caips notes today.
He has already submitted his updated documents along with POF and PCC in Nov 2012 to CHC London but so far, no news for him as well.
Neither 18 Months letter nor any other news.
Lets see what we get in his Caips notes.
Will inform every body just to have an idea that whats going on?

There are few indicators to find out when & what you will get from LVO; MR or Updated Doc Req (UDR).

1) Send a CSI to LVO asking about your status, see what VO says

2) Look into your GCMS notes, if you have; read carefully NOTES section at the end. If further docs needed then you will -probably- get UDR. If its written by visa officer that request Meds then you will get MR

3) Lastly, look at your eCas, if you are lucky and your file is created/transferred in GCMS ver 4.0 & you are MI1 applicant, you may find an additional line "We started processing your application on xx date." This line is in addition to the line that says, "We have reviewed your application and started processing on xx date." If its the case then most likely you will get the MR rather than UDR.

4) It is also observed that most of April & May 2010 applicants are getting this line, "We started processing your application on xx date." esp NDVO/SGVO applicants got MR when they have this line.

MASunny, your Analysis seems logical but too good to be true..... Although I am hopefull.

My brother had applied in March 2010, His GCMS notes shows request PCC with MR and no mention of UDR and he does have extra line added on his ECas...... He hasn't got any correspondances so far from LVR but i am keeping my fingers crossed for him.

All the 18 months letter people, please shed light on it, whether you had extra lines on your Ecas and/or what about GCMS notes?

Seems like a good news as PVO is sending MR right away !!! Congrats in advance as it would definitely be quicker than LVO.

My file was in LVO but just today I checked it says.
Seems my file has been transfered from LVO to Paris Office...Now whats NEXt....
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Paris office. They are pending review.

Hopefully you will receive good news soon from PVO...

1. U can fill Travel form by hand IF u don't have latest adobe. Fill for principal+spouse in the same ONE form...not for kid below 18 years.
2. Schedule A BG decleration, both for principal+spouse. 2 separate forms
3.Additional family info, both for pricipal+spouse..2 separate forms. (write urdu names by hand)

New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.

2. Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]

3. Supplementary Information - Your travels [IMM 5562]

4. New Additional Family Information Form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age

PLEASE GUIDE.

For travel form you can open it in Acrobat reader XI version and then choose sign option on top and then choose add text.

Other option is to make same format on excel or word and attach with the travel form. On original form you can write "attached".
