AOA and Good Morning to all!
May this day bring some good news for us. :)

FYI

Average Processing Times

Processing times begin on the day our office receives a complete application and end on the day the final decision (i.e. approval/refusal) leaves our office.

Permanent Residence:
•Skilled Worker applications received before February 27, 2008: 42 - 48 months
•Skilled Worker applications received after February 27, 2008: Because these applications are affected by new regulations, an average processing time is currently not available. Do not contact us for case status enquiries within 9-12 months of submitting your application

Well the timelines of this applicant looks strange.

Gareth, congratulations on the Med requests, we were a couple of weeks ahead of you with our AOR but no request for us yet. Maybe they're in the post! Is your profession still 'on the list'?

Chris
Hi Chris - my aaplication is on the cat 3 (no longer in the system) so we qualified for processing after living in Canada for 1 year prior to application, so profession was not a factor

Last year London office was very busy these days. People were receiving a lot of news whether in form of MR/doc update / refusals. But this time it is very quite though there are no new applications submitted under FSW for the last six months. May be they are still in holiday mood. :(

one of my friends filed an application back in May-June 2012, and 2 days back he received his PR2. ... that was fast

LVO is still working, but may be not for 2010 applicants

If we get to know that 100% we will get Visa on a particular date or if CIC have no quota for us in year 2013 then they can issue a Visa
in future date for example valid from 01.01.2014 to 31.12.2014 and we must enter in this perdiod then minimum this stress will be over and we can make a better plan....Till today we are not sure that they can refuse/delay due to no reason......
Bus this is worst thing intazar for unknown period.....and your life stays..... :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

Bus conductor: Ticket, ticket

Sardar: Give two tickets

Conductor: Why two?

Sardar: If I lose one, another will be there

Conductor: What if you lose both?

Sardar: No problem, I have pass...

Hello,

This was quick; got the reply within 24 hrs" application is pending review" .

its quite confusing ;what this means; 1- not yet reviewed after submitting updated doc?
or
2- Awaiting conclusion ?

Guys /Dolls Plz comment. thanks
