Dear coolguy2010 I see your name in the list under the letter date column and you have written "waiting" from where you know that you are getting the letter because the e- case doesn't says that one is getting a 6-12 month letter

As i have not received letter and my e-case status is "in process" , I hope that they might have dispatch the letter and its a matter of time to receive.

Secondly i have change in employment and i am following with London office and got reply also from them that they have updated in their record and its not necessary that E-case will be updated.

Please check the letter (received from CHC) , I pasted on Pakistan Forum".

We have received your request with your new address, and the information has been updated to reflect your new contact details. Note that the change of address made by our office may not be reflected on E-Case. Also note that we will not confirm receipt of fax/ mail/ email received at this office but your file will be updated.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post to the applicant at the mailing address provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

Reply from the VO doesn't say that you are getting the 6-12 month letter, may be you are getting MR that's why you didn't get the letter and it's not necessary that every body will get the letter

Hi kKhan,

For me its make no difference, whether letter received or not, as long as my case is in process.

The letter is nothing but standard reply to wait for 6 to 12 months.

Lets hope for the best and enjoy the waiting period.
