I sent CSI last night at 10:30 pm London time and at 3:20AM got reply
From my VO that background checks are still in process and
Not to send repeat CSI as they mention in there earlier email
They will it contAct me for quite so e time .
I also mention about my last BFD without heating g anything from
Them n they said BFD is for our purposes and not necessarily

What exactly are they checking g during background checks acre eligibility is passed ?

it looks that they replied you from Canada Visa Office....Ottawa
as it looks impossible that some one is working in LVO @ 11:20 PM as overtime
so simple solution no more CSE just apply for CAIPS/GCMS every 3 months to see progress....
that what I have planned especially after receiving 18 months email

lvo periority is to keep hangig applicants. if they complete then no next assignment for lvo staff.

I am really surprised and sad - Surprised becoz they promised to complete the process within one year but it has been more than 3 years since I submitted my application in early 2010 --- and sad becoz my medicals have been expired last month and since then I have not received further instructions what to do next! Made several CSEs and found same copy-paste reply that routine security/backgrounds checks are undergone... I submitted my updated documents and resident visa fees in Dec 2012...
Do you have any Idea what/when would they get next step ???
Please make a new group of the applicants who's medicals have been expired...

P.s ; I'm sorry to join after a really long time, amongst you all. Hope you're doing well.

I was just eager that anyone would guide me what's coming up next for me, as I have provided them with the required documents to the LVO, as they asked for ; (25 november 2012)
1) Lending Money : 890 cad
2) pictures of family
3) police certificate

Now after almost an year of desperate wait, I got again a requirement of documents which included ;
1) original my and spouses' education, marriage certificates
2) new schedule a form of all applicants
3) and a new principal applicant form
4) Canadian relatives' documents.
5) settlement funds (property value certificate)
Please guide me, if any member have gone through this respective step, I would be really grateful for the information or guidance.

My friend whose case was transfereed to Paris Office get an email that he was asked to undergo for medical examination in march 2013 and reminder in October 2013 but he has not submitted medical examination. VO asked to submit medical in 15 day otherwise case will be rejected. He has not received medical instruction. Can he undergo medical examination without instruction from VO or just email would be enough. Please let me know what to do to undergo medical examination.

He can try with the medical forms received to him in March/Oct
On the other hand he can ask VO If he can use the same medical forms
But he should take appointment ASAP
by the way it's not my concern why he delayed medical for this long?

actullay he has not received both emails in march/october 2013 and yestarday he came to know about said emails. so he has yet not recived medical forms, can he undergo without medical forms.

Do not Panic just email them ........it happens with many applicant who in KSA so just email them ask for new medical instruction they will award proper time rather than 15 days........

1) photocopies of passport biopage
2) police certificates
3) settlement fund: savings bond & fixed deposit bank solvency certificate.

They received my documents yesterday and today in the first our they sent me another email asking for six months bank statement. Can anyone shed any light on this requirement though I sent them savings bond (notarized) and bank solvency certificate? Moreover, could anyone suggest me if it is ok if I just send them six months statement of our fixed deposits instead of current account? They did not mention which account ( I mean current or fixed deposit) I should send them with six months statement. The reason I'm asking here is because my current account balance is at a minimum level. It would be highly appreciated if somebody could kindly advise me on this issue. They have given me only 15 days to send them.

yes i believe you can do that and send an explaination letter alongwith that statement clarifying the whole situation or send them a year's statement if you have ket these funds for that long. that will further stregthen your case that this money is actually your's.
