Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone

Since we did our medicals back in April 2013 and recieved on may 2013 ,we were dreaming of spending Christmas and new year in Toronto however 3 CSE till now still with the same reply and the last one being on 24th morning saying background verification is still ongoing and the process may take several months ,but I noticed that the officer name now changed from mjf to RB03296 does anyone have any experience with this officer from PVO?

our medical will expire end of April 2014.

praying for all to get their visas soon

By the grace of Almighty Allah I got MR last night, along with POF, Schedule A Form, current employment reference letter, Police Certificate, Birth certificate of children by CDD within 60 days.

Dear friends this process of fswp has affected so many lives , I cannot take any abuses from my boss and quitting my job this month the only reason I was not quitting because of this fswp now my background checks have started in Nov and I am afraid that if I am not at work after this month then what will happen, will appreciate the answer if any

hopeforfuture i am in the same boat as you. many cse and gcms and still no clue on when the DM will happen. i am pretty sure that nothing will happen until PVO will get new visa quote.. at least this is what the seniors on the forum have to say. unfortunately for some of us PVO turned out to be much slower then LVO in the end. maybe if you PM me we can compare our cases and get some satisfaction that still things will happen before re-medicals.

I need an urgent advice from my forum friends. I was asked to provide proof of fund by LVO a few days ago, but I'm not quite sure how I could show them my funds. I bought some wage earners development bond ( government bond) from Sonali bank uk in August 2013 and now I'm in Bangladesh. The bonds are separate certificates each of 1 lac BDT, should simply send them the photocopy of all my bonds or I need to notarize the photocopy of the bonds and also attach an affidavit of my declaration? Your kind suggestion will highly be appreciated....

in my opinion, yo should try to get statement of account from the same bank for your holding u can say it statement of bond holdings.
Bonds are not accepted as proof of funds, which are without of any name or account number mentioned on the bonds.

I assume that you are from PAKISTAN. Military service is not compulsory in Pakistan. You can mention same thing on the forms. No evidence is required.

This military form is required only from Principal Applicant. Right?

There is no harm sending for every one over the age of 18 years. Do not forget to write" No Military Service" on each form.
