Ah sub galan Canadian Government dee Pain yakee nay (This is my favourite Punjabi language)

I coudl have described my feelings in other languages as well had that i knew other languages.
Agar government isee ko kehtay hain to Paki government is far betteer than them as they solved the Passport issue in 3 4 months no applications are being held while on the contrary in logon say 4 saal main aaj tak security checks he puray nahin huay

I sent two CSI on 13/9/2013 and on 13/10/2013.
Today i received two same replies against both CSI with 2 hour intervals.
"Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your enquiry. We are aware that it has been 12 months since we have contacted you. We are currently dealing with a high number of applications. You will be hearing from us shortly.

We thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Kind regards,

Canadian High Commission
(DRD)"

Pls. advise what is DRD.

Lo bhaee as far we are concerned yahan loads of forums and people counting days and number of those who got visas. It seems like only Canadina overnmentdoes not know how many are left as they alwasy reply "Highly Volumes of applications" ya to yeah kuch karna he nahin chahtay ya her visa officer nay apni apni family aur jannay waloon kay documens pakray huay hain.


BTW agarr aap ko nain pata chalay ga kay DRD kisay kehtay hain to kiya ROTI hazam nahin ho g
Yaar main nay bhee bohat intazar kar liya hay and i undersatand people are counting on this lakking yaar itnee itnee bat ka notice laina bhee koia

I agree with you this is total injustice, only good people applied for immigration because the criminals already know that they can't get through so this is discrimination that they are not using fifo

SO Far No News For this week, feeling so sad & frustrating from this non ending journey

I feel it’s another hang over which we all faced once in 2012 when some got UDR and rest waited, then again some got 18 months with UDR in 2013 however rest were curious, after that there was a phase when no one got anything and suddenly they started sending PCC or E file numbers followed by MRs.
I feel they are still working in their old style, which has nothing to do with BG checks (they might play with random files but not with all for BG checks, sending too much CSIs is not a wise move in my opinion). Since we are not priority being MI1 applicants, they have slowed down the process and will take random cases and process on monthly basis till they reach their 18 months 'letter statement'. I guess MR rain will not happen as it happened in early 2012 when they finalized most of MI1 cases.... We can do nothing except wait and I feel the next spell of MRs will be in Nov but not for all, randomly as they have no pattern now
