Now a days I am doing bit research on Writ of Mandamus Law. This is used by courts to enforce procedural delays in different government departments. Hopefully none of us will go to that extent and In shaa Allah our cases will be solved quickly.

It could be any of these. But most probably if the security checks are pending then normally these kind of replies are received.

So UZB BG Checks are over. Now file is awaiting review. So UZB can expect MR anytime.

After strike they are working on a good pace - they have to consume their Visa quota for 2013 before Nov 30,2013

How you can say that they need to finish the quota before Nov 2013...what is the source of this information please?

If above is true then PPR can come next month as well...insha Allah

I sent many emails and got response immediately that in 28 days they will respond but they responded me with in 24 hours always since October started....
after my medical email was received....

Monday is gone no news but there is one about the new fsw in which the applications are at the stage that they start reaching at the concerned visa offices and the reply from a visa office is that it will take 10.months so if Mr Kenney is right as he said before that MI-1 will be ahead of the new fsw then all MI-1 cases should have decisions in the next 10 months
