Very sad this spell was really for a very short time, in the list half applicants recieved MR's in 2 years and half are waiting

nothing has changed versus my last GCMS which was end july.

i got the reply on my CSI within 4 days and this time from the assigned visa officer himself. as per the VO background checks are still in progress.

thanks for sharing this news, it seems they plans to completely clear backlog before the start of 2015, so we all may hope to get your cases finalised by the end of 2014.

I am reading only this thread regularly hopefully all will go to next step quickly as strike is over....
We have to consider that we conclude the results on the basis of one few people in the list which is not correct !
There could be some reasons beyond our understanding ....case to case...

There must be several hundreds waiting for next steps and must be getting a some good news and we are not aware of that! So I say please keep your hopes high as I said earlier many times
It is matter of your turn and any coming days can bring good news ....

Insha Allah I will keep the list upto date as long as possible and request all to send me also a PM so I cannot forget to update the list

I have completed medical on 26th sept. and RPRF fees received to CHC LDN on 30th Sept. Yesterday I sent a mail to London to ask weather they receive my RPRF fees . today they replied me with confirmation that my RPRF been received and they received the medical for my full family and also inform me that now its under routine background checks.

Please be advised that your file is currently undergoing routine background checks. We are unable to advise when these checks will be completed, however, please note that the checks are mandatory and could take several months to complete.


There is no further action required from you at this stage. We will contact you with further instructions as soon as the results for the background checks have been received.

lets say they clear 30,000 this year 2013
62055 will remain so what he is talking about? he can't clear all before the start of 2015.
