Brother zalateef, are you a CPA? From which state?

Well if you are a CPA from US and have obtained your CPA before landing in Canada then you can directly sit for CARE reciprocity exam for Canadian CA (now known as CPA, CA in Canada after the merger of CA, CMA and CGA).

Without the Canadian designation, I have heard that US CPA does not have much recognition (on a comparative basis only) based on the experience of my friends who have immigrated in the recent past.

Hi ALL,

I just received an email from London Immigration asking for PCC and current UK visa and address for last 10 years I lived..

I have two queries if anyone can guide me on that:

1. I had applied for my UK visa extension and still waiting for it. What should I do? I have only acknowledgement letter which I sent to CIC in March when I was asked for UDR and that is the reason London immigration Canada is asking now..UK Immigration officers also not working properly... waiting for since Dec 2012..

2. I have been to India for less than one month after my application to Canada. Do I require to get PCC from India too??

Tell them and send them what you got, attaching a covering letter explaining the situation.

I got e-mail with medical forms and e-mail requesting medical exams/RPRF at same time(12.06). Actually, you will get two separate e-mails.

Alhamdulillah by the grace of Almighty Allah, The Lord of the worlds...

Today I have received the medical forms + PCC

But he did not ask RPRF 980$

I paid it already in 2010 with full docs

The only problem in medical forms is the names are not as per passport
Like he mentioned the name as full under family name instead of splitting it
I have sent an email requesting to send medical forms again with names corrected / updated as per UDR
I hope to receive the revised Meds today/tomorrow insha Allah
Let's see when my luck works....
Waiting for it again even I received it....
But again thanks to Allah Bari to aayee....
