I would request all your advices on the my situation.

* My wife is pregnant & in India.
* We are expecting the baby in Jan 2014.
* Medicals time limit is 60 days.

I cannot have medicals done because of X-Rays. Please advice how should I proceed in this situation.

* I will definitely pay the RPRF & PCC within this time limit.

Confusion:

* Medicals for Me in Full & Wife without Xray & X ray after baby in Jan 14.
* Medicals for me & wife after Jan 14 & provide explanation letter to CIC with Doctors letter of Pregnancy.
* There will be addition of baby and its documents after Jan 14.

Suggestions needed.

Not a big issue .. Very simple .. Go through all the steps other than your wife's X-ray. Your doctor will give a reference letter at the end of the day. You need this letter to represent your wife once she'll be free.

The same situation was happened another member of this forum (PASSION). He had differed her wife's chest X-ray and once they got free ... His visa officer (RIH) himself make a contact with them and ask them to present X-ray now.

So don't worry .. It'll only delay your case but it'll be safe side for your loved one who will be you in the month Jan (InshaÁllah)

After waiting for nearly 70 days for my CAIPS/GCMS, on inquiring received reply that "We were advised by the processing office that your request is still being processed due to a huge backlog. They informed that the information will be provided ASAP".

So BACKLOG even there..............RUSH TIME

Many congratulations, Could you please mention if u applied for CAP or GCMS notes? was such near about date mentioned in it?

I would like to share one of my observation which was concluded after carefully reading of my CAIPS few days back

A line is mentioned that "DOCS HELD WITH SJM AWAITING RETURN OF FILE FROM ISBAD"

means my file is being sent to Islamabad for verification and he is waiting to receive it.

I have received this CAIPS on 15 August 2013 and according to that my BFD was 1st Sep 2013 which is already passed. On 2nd Sep I request for another caips in order to get the latest updates lets c what happened. But the UDR October holders are on the same boat and there files have already sent to islamabad for verification.

Allah know how much time they will take for completion of checks. Its is getting delayed and delayed and also our life plans.
