Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Its been around 4 months (2 May-13) since Medical had been received by PVO; but no update/PPR from their side....

Any prediction friends.. when can any response be expected???

Step 1. Send CSE as you are not 18 months email holder! & wait for max 1 week and if there is no reply or standard reply like BG checks...

Then follow below...

Step 2. Apply for CAIPS immediately... to see the situation of your case...may be you will find some reason for delay in PPR

Same here, medical and Fee submitted in March. Since then no progress so far. I did send CSI two months back. Reply: BG checks underway which may take several months.

When I was asked for updated docs in Feb 2013, they didn't ask me for POF and PCC, but I sent them POF and PCC in advance in june 2013 along with docs of my new born and my new passport copy as well.. So would they ask me for PCC and POF again as I sent them these recently in June???

Well i think no one exactly knows what they will do in your scenario. May be, they will keep the PCC and POF for future reference (but they will only do this if they are going to start processing your case soon otherwise, the documents will be outdated and they will again ask it. On the police certificate, its validity is clearly mentioned as "6 months" and same is the case with bank statement which is usually considered as valid for 6 months so best of luck). Also, did you send the basic docs like birth certificate and passport of your new born child or sent all the docs like:

1- Complete form of your child
2- $ 150 fee
3- Original Birth certificate and
4- Passport photocopy?

If you have not sent the fees ($ 150) then you have to send all the documents again otherwise if all the above have been sent then no need to worry about the new born's side. All they will ask is the POF and PCC again (if required).

I hope to get medical in the coming. 2-3 months... And yes brother I have sent all the required docs of the new baby back in June..so maybe they ask for PCC, no body knows what they are up to..And thanks for the reply

Someone (not gonna name who, unless he/she tell themselves) who got E-file number (some months ago) in 2013, sent me private msg .....the person got CAIPS today...yes, "caips, not gcms" (as we re expecting E-file holders to turn to gcms)...the disappointing thing is : BFD is MAY-2014 ...man...wat the hell !!

I ve asked the person whether the report is 9 pages or 38 pages , JUST to be sure that's its caips or gcms....
But regardless of whether its caips or gcms, E-file holder , having BFD/due date of MAY 2014 is very disapointing...

Hi,

Question:

1. My wife has UAE residency visa but moved to India coz we are expecting baby in Jan 13. Now, if cic asks for PCC of my wife, can I arrange the same from India as she is in India. I hope that will not create an impression that husband & wife are not staying together as my PCC of India will be issued from Dubai and her PCC of India will be issued from India.

So is it going to be, E directly May 2014 BFD rest will be asked for docs and after 4 months, BFD of 2014 ..... Mashallah, they are making record of putting BFDs.... Pakistani sarkari daftar, 'bhai jan Kal aana' approach....
