Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

I applied for the 3rd time now and this delay could be due to strike thingy!
I received my first GCMS in 5 weeks & Second in 3 weeks and now for Third 4 weeks are over and hopefully I can get it in 5 weeks max insha Allah

But again getting GCMS is nothing if there is no progress / clear signals for future... Just what we get another Due Date

As soon as first person from 18 months UDR will get the MR that will bring a sakoon ka saans to all of us that they really wanted to issue the Visas...as promised...

Because logically people who got UDR in Feb/Mar for them +/- 6 months already gone and then if they get MR in August/Sep which will be valid for 1 year so there Decision made has to be done approx next +/- 6 months and then there will be some time to prepare for departure...This is that what I think and again this is all my own ideology. Practically we don't know what is the internal policies of CIC to issues the Visa....when & from which office....we will have to wait for the first drop of Rain......and that is MR....please pray for each other and insha Allah soon things will come in our favours....

ya habibi, people with UDR from OCT-2012 still waiting for MR and it is more than 10 months now for them!!! so you started to dream that you will get MR soon, ya sheikh, you have to wait +/-18 months to get VISA, dont mind, but that's the truth habibi.

Yaar Jo mahinay guzar Gaye unko to minus kardo which mean +/- 12 months for Visa
Which means they should issue Visa 2-3 months before landing and which means PPR 1-2 before that which means MR 2-3 months before which means we should get MR in next +/- 3 months max
and if they follow their promise 18 months wal.... So Dec/Jan some lucky applicants must have the MR
LETS SEE .... Waqt hi batye gaa keh hamaray saath Kia Hona hai...

Here are my two cents ragarding the recent developments for cases like our's....I believe we all will get MRs InshALLAH within next 3 months...they got to get over with M1 backlog with final decisions made in 2014 so MRs should start tracling in from October to enable them to do with MRs for all pending cases and PPR1 would start coming in from March 2014 to Mid 2014...its just a hypothesis......

Dear Friends,
I have got my CAIPS notes. Summary is written below.

1.Along with the updated documents I sent the new passport copies. They haven't changed the old PPT numbers. Instead of new passport numbers ,old PPT #s are being shown.
2. On each page of previous CAIPS notes in the right top corner there was written S.19 (1). Now, it's not written anywhere in new CAIPS notes.
3. At the right bottom corner of first page of previous notes a number starting from "A013XXXX" was written. But, now, a new number with new format is written as" A 2013-07XXX-XXXXX1" is written. This is written on each page and last digit increases with increasing page.
I do not know exactly, but, I could just guess that the middle number starting from'' 7 thousand'' shows applicant number among total number. I may be wrong.
3. On the 2nd page of previous CAIPS notes in the right top corner there was written S.15 (1). Now it's written only on second page in front of list of required action like PCC, Medicals and Proof of funds with the sequence of 1,3 and 4. While the serial # 2." CHECKS" ,which was shown in previous CAIPS notes , is not being shown in current notes. In previous CAIPS notes it was written that "FILE REQUIRES CHECKS". Now it's not written in new CAIPS notes.
4. Updated documents were received by REO and SAJ. I mistakenly sent the one wrong document. Just after 4 days I sent them the correct one.
5. FOSS check OK. PSDEC 1. SELECEC 4.FIN DEC 0. MEDDEC 0.BDEC 0. OREQ 0.
All entries are same as per previous notes.
6. Previous BFD was mid of May,13/BZZ. Current BFD is" mid/08/13/BZ2" .
Dear friends, I have tried to collect and share all the differences of the two CAIPS files so that respectable experts of this forum could conclude anything for all of us. Please give your expert opinion.

1. subsection 19(1), which protects personal information, was used in 10,377 cases (57 percent);
2. subsection 15(1), which covers international relations, defence and subversive activities, was used in 5,494 cases (30 percent);
3. subsection 16(1), which addresses law enforcement and criminal investigations, was used in 2,563 cases (25 percent).

It should be noted that more than one subsection can be applied to a specific request. CIC's application of exemptions is further described in appendices A and B.

VIII. Completion Time

CIC responded to 10,578 requests (59 percent) within 30 days or less. The Department responded to a further 31 percent of requests (5,531) within 31 to 60 days. 15(1) is for hiding some infof whre they kept is blank for security reasons, and 19(1) is wehre they are keeping the CANADAIn national info for security reason. 19(1) is for your relative in canada.

2. why have "CHECKS" requirement not shown.While it was mentioned in previous notes.
they are also hiding with s.15(1) for security reasons, sometime they are not updating system but security checks are in process. prior to issue PPR1 they will update all info and issue PPR1, but they are collecting Papers and keeping in the your file

May be I am wrong but I feel that now all applicants will get E number first and then MR will be issued....
