Have you applied CAIPS recently and what is your new BFD?
Anybody can scan there recent CAIPS/GCMS received after submission of UD of 18 months line by line and share any new thing  like in past it was written that All OK, Ask PCC, RPRF and then MR...etc...
May be there is a clue which can give us some idea about their future plan about us (poor people...

What else option do we have if they make us wait for 5 years. They know they can make us wait for as long as they wish or desire. They can keep file on hold for more than a year just in name of BG checks.

That is PCC & RPRF so they will start BG immediately and after issuing Meds we can visa within 2-3 surely
But this is only prediction and in real I pray for all to get the MR starting from August...

Brother .. It's PER not visa. PER is just like a 1st AOR. and now the approved cases will be transferred to the relevant visa offices for rest of the screening.

So I think we've Kenny's word. MI4 will be behind of MI1 8)

Are you sure....keeping in view previous history...getting visa in 6 to 12 months when we applied. Then wait for 2 years or more....then 6 to 12 months wait letter than 18 months letter and lengthy BG checks.

Zinadgi aur kenny/vo, dono ka koi aitebar nahi...so I agree with u....they have not kept their promise in anything/any step for MI-1 s timeline.....so I won't be surprised if MI-4 get ahead of MI-1 at some stage....
But the main issue is not our race with MI-2, 3 or 4......our main issue is when will MI-1 be cleared ......
Personally , in my gut , unlike (arsh/smsh) Im not sure we ll be gettin MR in Aug....I feel its later, (may be end part of 2013/start or 2014) for MR.....I hope n pray I get proven wrong and we get MR in aug......
We could get rprf/pcc in aug.....since at the moment , 18 month people don't even have FULL UDR, so if we get get these 2 things, then we can wait for MR.....but baat wohi hai....Until MR comes, no visa timeline can be calculated...MR is the main thing...UDR to pre-feb 2008 walon se bhi liya tha...and lots of people (oct 2012 udr) r waiting for almost 10 months after UDR now....so UDR is just a small step forward (which is good)....but MAIN/BIG thing is MR (since MR means they have accepted everything like our job, our work exp, education etc.) And once u get MR, we know in max 9 months, u ll have visa (unless if u re medically unfit or a terrorist).....So jub tuk MR nahi ata, we basically have a castle in the air and an imaginary plot in canada MR is the first big thing...second is visa, third is landing....let's see when we get MR...august starts in 5 days

3 months since the launch, and so many PER (positive eligibility reviews) already.....te saadi vaari section 44 (curfew) OR load bohat hai jee OR Background check chul raha hai.

My belief about August is fading away too but it's better to be late when you get it early you have to do remedicals

Dear all,

Finally I received the passport request for self & family via email.What can I say!!! I am in 7th heaven. I completed my medicals on the 23rd of June and was looking forward to an updated status. Till last evening there was no update on the online status. Just the usual we have begun processing your application so wasn't expecting anything soon.

I thank the almighty for this as he thinks I deserved this at this stage of my life. I am sure all of you too shall be blessed with good news soon. Because just as misery spreads misery happiness does spread happiness. For those who will be wanting to know my time line I would like to say it is already on the spread sheet.

Well friends, in my personal opinion, those who thinks that after Kenney's departure things would be changed dramatically then this assumption is totally wrong. Canada is a well established democracy and in all the democratic countries, people come and go, governments comes and go but once any government settles any policy, its considered as the final word. Additionally, whatever he has done was properly legislated through acts of the parliament and it is now become a law and i have 0% hope that anything will change. Another point is that is was not his removal from the office but was a mere cabinet reshuffle (which is a routine in the democratic governments in order to groom future leadership) and he is still serving in the Canadian cabinet as minister of Human Resources.
