Same problem with me that's why I watch the list on my phone..and sometimes make mistake in reading column/rows....like in kbqureshi's case..

I think as per SMSH sheet he submitted full documents in May 2010 not initial application date. But there are other cases where people submitted full docs in 2011 and are through.

You are right bro. In fact my consultant received reply to CSI later in June that so called badname zamana BG checks are in process. Cannot advise on time and bla bla. Actually no one can predict the time frame of this TOPI DRAMA. I have came across 2 cases where these were exceptionally delayed. Drooza and Shazia bibi. So I hope and pray to Allah not to face the same. Rest is on Him In shaa Allah.

On lighter note i have spend very clean life so hopefully all will be cleared In shaa Allah.

• Have you applied for CAIPS/GCMS? If not then apply as first step to see the up-to-date progress of your case & next BFD
• Prepare yourself if there is any thing critical in your CAIPS/GCMS, Like POF at the time of next BFD must be in line
• You were hopefull that's why applied and there was no guarantee from day 1 that everyone will get the Visa
• What was our part we did it and will complete the rest of requirement and if still we are unable to get the Visa
• Again think positive that this might be a better decision for you and never become hopeless, Always Pray to Allah.....Read below
• When ever a person ask for any dua, Allah always accept in one of the 3 forms
• A.) Either you get it with/without delay
• B.) Allah remove any coming problem from your life which you can't see (For eg. An Accident/ A disease, etc....)
• C.) Allah reserve your Dua and will give you the rewards on Judgment Day
• In last we are also in the same line and waiting....
• At the end of the day we go Canada or not we have to die
• But for sure we are on Visit Visa in this world where ever we go it will expire any moment without notice .....
• In my opinion we should also prepare ourself for that world where we will have real PR
• Life is very short....and in reality peace of mind is only in the remembrance of Allah.....in all aspects of your life...

I recieved CAIPS Notes as per CAIPS my BFD was 14, JULY 2013. i sent updated documents in Aug 2012. After that no news from them. Do you have any idea that how much more time they will take. I recieve last reply from them in Jan end that BG are pending.
