what should i do??? my consultant is delaying to send me the updated docs for me to sign, i have already send the required info that my consultant asked me on 27th May, the two months dateline will be over on 26th JUNE. can i get date extended to my dateline???

and also...nobody from the consultant office is attending my call, office no. is only ringing today!!!

If I was you, i would either leave or change the consultant, you can easily do so by filling out a form.

Cancel ur consultant and take the charge

By the Grace of Almighty got our PPR this afternoon from LVO. Passports to be submitted at Abu Dhabi Visa Office within next 30 days. This request came after a wait of 7 months & 15 days after completing medicals. As per the mail, the visa expiry will remain as one year from date of medicals in spite of this delay.

I had sent my first CSE to LVO last week explaining my current situation and requesting for case status, to which I got a response within 3 days. It is the same officer who responded to my CSE who has now send me the PPR. I wonder if my CSE triggered the quick action on my case by the officer. I thank you all for your prayers and encouragement.

So now London office is doing the same making Abu Dhabi visa office stamp the passports this is good news.

I would strongly recommend reading your contract with your consultant; you may have to pay the last installment any way as I could see you have not received your Medical yet.
If you cancel him he might cause you some trouble as you still have to pay him money (maybe)
But from the sound of it your consultant is the same as mine and I always wished to get rid of him as he does the same to me but keep call him and pushed him to do the job all what you could do is keep calling and make their line busy this will affect their business and they have to answer you.

Cancelling ur consultant does not harm ur case by 1% also

I appreciate your legal concern. What about the extra fees charged by them (not even part of contract). If they r least bothered then why u need to be so legally bonded

Thank you very much ali green. I am not sure if that has become a standard procedure. I was under the impression that the passports are to be submitted to London itself for visa stamping. A few months ago, I collected a standard 4 page form send by LVO for PPR, as a sample from my agent. I received the same form yesterday as attachment. This form too talks about submitting the passports to London. But in the mail written by the program assistant, I am instructed to submit it in Abu Dhabi visa office! May be, that is because already nearly 8 months have passed since medical and we are running short of time in terms of visa validity owing to the delay from their side. It cannot be extended and if we fail to land before that, it says, get ready to make a new application from the beginning as per the current rules!!!

Actually Abu Dhabi VO is quite fast as coolguy just got the visa stamped in 2 days from there on the other side London Office is releasing the passports in one month I send the passports to them on 10th May but still no news, which tells the workload due to volume of applications. They have standard format for PPR for gulf residents which they use to send contains address , family information chart and eyes color.

I am filling the IMM0008 form, can anyone tell me in "NATIONAL IDENTITY Document" Section for My new born son, should I leave it blank or put details of Birth certificate. Urgent

Dear Friends,

Today I received a letter from Canada immigration dept. regarding the cancellation of my Old application submitted in June-2006; The letter states that the government of Canada had taken the decision to cancel all the applications submitted before 2008;

Anyhow, for my new application which was filled in 2010 is still active and now waiting for the PPR (Insha-Allah hoping that within next 3 months I will going to receive it).

(if you are from Pakistan) In my opnion your son national identity document will be equalent of National Identity Card - which in your son's case will be Birth Registration certificate with Nadra . Have a notorized copy of NADRA along with English translation of the same.
