Yes quite strange indeed.
And they had emailed me on 27 feb, that they have send my MR on that day by mail and that I will recieve it shortly. I've got the forms for each family member n they've attached a photograph with each.
Probably here the clinic/ physician accepts it this way only.
There is no other reason I could think of.

Most of the applicants who are residing outside Pakistan receive MR via mail.
Good luck with ur medicals, inshAllah you will be through in next 3 months

I think CIC has still not implemented eMedicals in some countries of Middle East so applicants here are getting MR by snail mail.

Hi HIZ,
Ussually 3 photographs of each family member (in Canadian specs) are required. You just need to write name on the back and put them in envelop along with updated documents. This is what I did , however other are welcomed to advise you further.
