You Know the post office system in Kuwait . i had gone many times whenever i didnt receive my mail and every time I GOT IT. so better go to Safat(Mirqab) Post office or wherever your P.o.box location is.

OMG - my wife and daughers passport was about to expire so sent it for renewal these A----hol3z wrote 120 days for pickup. man i have only 60 days to respond what to do

120 days for Normal or Urgent? from which city u applied?

Is there any 1 who's BFD is 1st / 2nd/ 3rd April 2013 and got update doc request from LVO or PVO.

Mine was 3rd April and recvd update doc letter. Now it must have been updated to 26th FEB +60.

These days passport renewal is very difficult - dont go for normal in any case. They dont give even on time.

Approach an agent.
