Yes, I also sent personal history form via e-mail and no automated reply, after two days i received acknowledgment from Program Assistant.

They will send ppr to all waiters whose MR's have been done and then they will start sending MR's to the remaining ones which happening with NDVO nowadays

Today 60 (Dec 06, 2012) days over since I sent updated required documents to LVO ! No Responce till today; except acknowlegment of Documents.

I think the earliest one will be in March only and they started issuing these letters in March 2012.
