They are not going to ask for updated docs in my opinion now - They'll send MR directly to those who haven't recvd updated doc request. It could be MR+Updated docs too in few cases. So keep the fingers crossed and sit tight - Good news will come soon.

I sent a case specific query yesterday and received a response that my application is currently in process for background checks. Note that I had my medicals on early this month and medicals are still not verified yet. Probably, it takes atleast 1 month to have medical results after it reach the respective medical assessment offices.
This means background checks are started once they send you medical forms.
Let's see how long this excercise lasts!
