Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Hi,

I had applied in May 2010 (NOC 1111 from Pakistan) and received 6-12 months letter in May 2012. I want to know when I should expect to receive medical request or request for updated documents? Is LVO these days asking for updated proof for funds statement from all applicants?

Bro if you submitted your full docs after Aug 2010, then no one can tell you exactly, perhaps on your BFD which should be May 2013 i.e. your 6-12 months letter issuance date. Normally updates are coming for people who submitted full docs before sep 2010.. Inshallah we will be having soon...

My full documents went on 13th jan 2010 ...gt 6-12 month wait in may 2012 gt updated documents request in oct 2012 and med request in nov 2012 will complete my medicals tomorrow nd will send permanent residence fee in two three days IA...

Please download the excel file link in my signatures....this can give you an estimate for your case on actual progress with other similar cases
insha Allah you should received the MR or updated docs request max in 2-3 months....this is what I can see with my own forecast...no guarantee

I received updated document request on 20th October, 2012. However, that letter had some overwriting resulting confusion. Tick mark was clear for four forms -- IMM0008, IMM5406E, IMM5669E-Schedule A and IMM5562E. However, options related to Medicals and police certificates were initially marked/selected with yellow marker and then crossed (X) with black ink.

I immediately sent a query to VO asking clarification on whether I need to submit police certificates along with other docs or not. VO did not respond to my query for many days and I had to send updated documents ,excluding police certificates, that reached LVO on 8th November, 2012.

I received reply to my query on 14th November, 2012 mentioning that VO also requires updated police certificates. I posted updated police certificates that reached there on 4th December, 2012.

Now in medical instruction email , VO again asked me to submit updated police certificates. I have written back to VO few minutes back explaining the situation.

Hope police certificates that reached VO on 4th December, 2012 will serve the purpose.

Insha Allah you don't need to do PCC again, your file must be in updation process....when they issued MR
