Hi guys,
I have a question about changing address:
I live in UK and my resident address in the application is my UK address, but I’m going back to my country (Iran) in couple of weeks.
I wonder if I change the address to Iran address, my visa office will change or not.
I’ve got 6-12-waiting-letter and I’ve sent my update docs+ PCC+ pics to LVO 2 weeks ago. Waiting for medical…

I too have similar plans, have short listed university of Calgary or Univeristy of Alberta. Looking at ur timeline, quite hopefull that u will be getting visa max. by 2nd Quarter 2013, if all goes fine in your B/G checks.

I am planning to commence graduate studies in Canada in Sep 2013. Looking at my timeline, forum members, what are my chances of getting visa before Sep 2013.
Also, if I apply for student visa (after getting admission ), how will it affect my PR case?
Anyone planning something similar?

As most of the forum members are aware of my update docs request and delivery there on 12th Nov. Today have received an e-mail regarding incomplete docs bombshell. I have been given 30 days to submit again schedule A Background declaration not leaving any gaps for last 10 years or since 18 th birthday(Me+spouse). Its strange bcoz my last forms had covered both times but I think this time should write my biography for VO. I have been told to submit updated PCCs which is strange again as the last ones I sent are not even a month old, even today. Regarding POF, been told to send updated and for the last 6 months bank transaction history as well as to explain and document any unusually large transactions. There is an attached Supplementary information Form to fill and return.

The good thing is that they have sent me an e-mail thus saving precious time as well as indication that something is going on.

Am sharing this information for the benefit of LVO as well as applicants to save time and avoid unnecessary delays.

Lets hope for the best and any one benefiting from this post should remember me in their prayers.

Not responding to queries and friends concerns would not mean am ignoring any one but might not be able to answer immediately.

No not yet as will send an e-mail and wait till Monday for response regarding PCCs. The only thing they look for is since 18th Birthday which is missing in my forms by 4 years.

Ok, so u left a gap of 4 years in your Schedule A-form but was that gap there as well when u sent full docs to VO back in 2010??

My agents argues that we cannot sent it pro actively based on GCMS report unless LVO officially asks for it.

Please advice is that true..

My concern is any ways we are sending my daughter addition documents so why not send all required doc together whats mentioned in the notes asked.

Yes filled the same way as did in full docs back in 2010 but did updated upto the current time.

Its not proactively rather in advance, comply when told by the VO.

I was of the same opinion but now think otherwise.

I believe you are the ONLY one who got further request to submit 6 months bank statement after already submitting a bank letter with the updated docs request, am i right ?? i don't think others who got updated docs request did not receive any such request as they probably also send a bank letter only with their updated docs, and we all have send ONLY bank letter as per LVO while submitting FULL DOCS, cause they don't require 6 months statements from applicants like other visa offices as per their FULL DOCS submission guidelines. other seniors may comment.
