As per ARSH ALI list there are 2 applicants who sent full documents on 1-9-10 and received updated request but other who sent full documents after this date are still waiting . May be they send step by step and as per they receive full document , could be counting month etc.

yar bhar main gia US election, is say Pakistan ki takdeer juri hey... Immigration ki kyon jurnay lagi..... woh konsa vote dalnay America chalay gai hain.... Pagal hain ulu kay p*****..... after 45 days or so, they will get in christmas mood... or phir kaam dhanda band.... pata nahi konsa office hey.. waha ja kar isi main job karlain gay

Already told this...that jawad sent his full docs in last week of august 2010......he told me this....so that's why he says SEP....coz end of august is assumed to be SEP...I don't know about UZB....

IF they r goin month wise (which it seems), they r already down to aug 2010.....so our turn will come eventually

i dont think US Election has anything to do with the slowing down of our process...

i think they are sending update/mr as per month or a group, for example, they are picking up a bundle of file (let's say 1000) and issuing them update/mr but sending by mail after 1 week, SO, issuing update/mr to 1000 taking up 1 week BUT actually they will send those 1000 update/mr request on a single day, its completely my assumption, this hold up has something to do with that.

Even though accordin to their site, visa office will remain closed only 2 days in december....that is , on 25th and 26th of december,..... but I also feel that goras go into the "holiday mood" in december (winterbreak/christmas/new year)....so Dec could be slow...let's see...

And according to my friend in canada, US elections have no impact on canada or london visa office.

Ps. Canada s own election are happening next year. Dua karein Kenny mama jeet jaein. As we know wat the new immigration minister does when they come into power. Allah behter kare.

God knows their pattern, the bad part is; when we start developing on anything, they change and spoil the whole concept ... smoothness nahi hey bhai

hmmm U r right... I know few of us are in hurry to exit Pakistan however few want only to get VISA stamped ASAP.. but thing in both cases is, both want this process to finish successfully now.. as its getting on nerves man... itna follow up apni studies main kartay to waisay hi scientist ban jatay ......hope we cast vote there in next elections

Yaar I sent my documents in late August 2010 and they received it on September 1, 2010 and so far i haven't received anything from them except for the wait letter. All my original documents are still with LVO. Allah Knows what is going on.

I think we should all send a CSI and let's see what they response.
