As far as I know, it is by regular post only. The receiver (if other than the applicant) in many cases have updated the applicant by e-mail or telephone! Please correct me if am wrong. Thanks

So what happens if you never recieve the letter ? the mail system can be quite unreliable where i live.

I am facing a problem CIC has changed the previous method of DMP appointment, now IOM is dealing with a central office Islam Abad .today I tried for appointment and the phone remained on hold for hours .There was no second option to contact them .so what should I do for appointment with DMP and who are on the panel now .Early input should be appreciated. Thanks

I was facing the same problem for booking an appointment for UK visa couple of years ago but found an e-mail and unbelievably the response was quick and in 2 hours time. The address was uktbappointments@iom.int . Try searching via google as I found it through google search.

For paki residents, no other option besides IOM....
so there's only one phone number to get MR appointment : 051111466472

someone also wrote this phone number on forum, don't know if this is correct or not : 03075371776.


Also, When u call IOM, the tape says "to book an appointment via emai, email us at :

"mhdislamabad @ iom.int".

That's wat in understood...Call n check address yourself, since the lady's accent is very bad---bad recording...can someone call n cofirm) her pronunciation of letter "p" and "t" and "d" all sound similiar....

.........so if not getting through on phone, one should email....

Posted above. And sunasir is right...they put u on hold...so email option should be a back up...
If only they pronounce the email correctly too..
