Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Asalam o alaikum all,

Landed with my family on 11th October at Toronto. Every thing were fine, staff was so cooperative. Alhamdulillah almost all work done with in first 20 days like kids admission, taking sin nos., apply for health insurance, apply for child benifits, accounts opening, credit cards with 2000 limit each (me and wife), shifting on apartment and passing the written test of G1 licence ( road test for G will be on 28th Nov. Inshallah). And also started initial job with cousin on 3rd nov.

I hope that every body will fine and inshallah will get visas soon (inshallah)

Hi all,

If anyone hasn't got the above form from the CHC while receiving their PRVs+COPR, and have kid/s under 16, plz email me on
muhammad.saeed.cvf@gmail.com , I will send them.

U'd need this form to be filled, signed & stamped by your doctor, from your homeland, before departure for landing. It's required for the kid's School Admission in Canada.

And that's a strictly enforced regulation in Canada.

No MR till now, Its almost 4.5 years from the date of our application and the process is slow like a snail, mates plz have a silent prayer for me may be I get MR...

Does it mean that immigration staff at the Montreal airport will not allow me to enter in Canada or I can enter into Canada but the other formalities would have to be done outside Quebec?

Would really appreciate your help.

I believe this facility is for those having connecting flight. - I am not sure

no. it is through london visa office. fifteen working days waiting period.

No Sir, you wont be allowed to enter so its a waste going there. land anywhere else other than Montreal and than move there after completing landing formalities.

no. it is through london visa office. fifteen working days waiting period.

ADVO is very efficient nowadays. I'd submitted my PP on 11th November & received back through Aramex on 19th November.

Hi All
We landed at Calgary airport on 10-9-2014. We flew via Qatar air. Their service was very good. Flight route was Islamabad to Doha-Montreal-Calgary. Immigration process was smooth at Montreal Airport. It took about 40 mints to complete the process. Immigration Officer asked for COPR, goods to accompany, follow list and proof of funds. We already prepared list and given her 2 copies. She took signature on COPR and returned one copy of COPR and Goods to follow list. Then we took flight for Calgary and reached at about 8.30pm. My friend picked up and dropped us in apartment. Next day gone to services Canada for getting SIN number and got it in 20 mints. Then go to TD bank and opened account. Next day went to Provincial Registry in Memorial area and applied for health card. All process was very smooth and dealing staff was very cooperative and welcoming. Its my 4th day here and coming out jet lag. Booked an appointment with school for kids admission. Insha Allah Will visit school tomorrow for school admission and services Canada for child benefits. Will keep updating forum member about my experience.
