Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Thanks a lot Kashif , I need to collect the similar envelop tomorrow.....

It was all in one envelop, I thought they sent me medicals but it was this wait letter..

I have read on forum that all original documents are sent back alongwith MR, if they are sending back originals alongwith 6-12 months wait letter, that means verification is complete and MR will follow soon.

Ya may be but they have scanned copies of all the things we send to them..each n everything is copied and put under our files, we never know what they are up to..

Cool guy I think after getting off work go straight to Sharjah and collect your letter let us know even if it is late night, pray for the best

Hi nizami,

Normally all those who received waiting letter have not received original documents as they might be needed at further stage.

All whose case are rejected got the documents back.

Every one, who sent originals, are getting their documents back with this letter. If any one is not receiving, he or she got one line at the end of their letter that their all irreplaceable docs are sent back witht this letter, though many of them have not got those docs as their letters are sent by snail mail. Original docs are always sent through courier

optimistically yes, they have made up their minds that is why they sent letters about eligibility review success. Moreover, they got target of reviewing all the MI 1 cases by June so technically, reviewing means checking papers and all to determine whether this application is acceptable or not. In Pakistan, I think very few people got verifications, this also hurt us as if they felt any issue in docs, they straight away refused instead of asking for verification to their regional office. This is my opinion as all of us are who submitted their docs after June 2010 got this letter instead of MR... so background checks specially designed for us cannot be the case and rest MI 1 are getting final decisions in form of medicals or refusals.....

They are reveiwing the cases on the basis of file submitted to save time and finance. And if someone has received MR, should stay satisfied that no call would be made at his/her workplace. They would call at the workplace (during background check) before issuing MR, it will seldom happen if they would call after the submission of the Medical (a point when security check starts)
