Dates on Caips / GCMS has no value , unless MR comes in reality.

In my case this was August 06,2010
In my sisters GCMS it is clearly stated to Print Medicals and send , but since March 2012 nothing is there

Saeed Sb. is absolutely right...........MR date in CAIPS/GCMS, not matters as mine due date was 01-01-2012 in GCMS, and clearly mentioned in notes that MR Printed but.............. NO MR yet.

for updated POF, do I have to get a letter from the bank stating the amount of funds in CAD and attach the statement in local currency? Or is it ok to just send the statement in local currency and let them do the conversion?

bank statement of 6/12 months can be shown in local currency but if they ask for ONLY bank letter stating the required amount than you MUST show the amount in CAD, if they only asked for bank statement of 6/12 months then you request bank to give you a letter confirming the total balance in CAD along with the statement, it is must to show the FINAL BALANCE in CAD.
