Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Dear Experts , I am in tears .

I got a 6 page letter - apparently refusal. But still i cant decide that it is true . In the letter my file number is not given .application no is given which in any way doesnt belong to me.
it seems they r confused WITH My 14 yrs old immigration which i didnt avail with fresh /new immigration applied in 2010. along with many formS and further requested documents they also asked me to fill in the "consent to decision on residence obligation and waiver of appeal rights resullting in loss of status under A46 1.b."

Than why? about what? why my file NO is not there on the letter????? what is this application no R*********?

Better to drop an email...explaining all the situation

Gravity , as stated by him , VO has shown some concerns about his immigration that they have got 14 years back.
His letter is not a refusal letter , but seems to be a Technical issue , that a lawyer can settle

All friends first of all my knowledge is not as much to give a FINAL STMNT ont this
and I am writing here so this post mite not make anymore panic


as per my assumption, this is highly RARE AND SPECIALIZED SCENERIO with very LITTLE DETAILS provided by the member Gravity

Firstly if this file no DOES NOT belong to Gravity then there is no need to worry
because it cud be an operational error from cic


OR
I think the applicant mite had applied 14 yrs back and did not got visa or did not go to canada at that time

now with application of 2010 cic figured out old case and notes of that time and
that cud also be the reason of this decision.

But I pray that he will Find his wishes SOON

Lastly Gravity knows this in all details and mite tell us soon.

Dear brothers need urgent help and suggestions,,,,

My visa officer has asked me 2 questions which I have to clarify in 15 days

1,- in my initial form I had given a different place of birthand I was born there and then when I sent documents my place of birth was Pakistan, be coz my parents worked in some other country and I was born then they came back to Pakistan after I was born so how could I write a different country instead if Pakistan, I was born there but I belong to Pakistan.

The second question they are confused about the place I work with, that it can clarify
But this place of birth I don't know what to do about this, it's a complete mess

Pray Hard for all the Waiters on Board

Under canadian you can apply again for immigration after loosing your PR, so even if Gravity lost his PR and applied again, its not grounds for refusal. There must be some thing else or its not refusal at all... we are waiting for Gravity to clarify
