Hi

I personally feel that some one shouldn’t criticise the good work, indeed the senior members are sparing their precious time to share their knowledge, experience and their contribution to this forum its marvels work by them. No one work here to gain any +++ or financial benefits especially senior members of this forum they are always very positive and supportive.
As far the hmisabpk is concern he is doing the great job. I’m inspired that still he manages to dedicate his time for forum.
Nowadays I’m working as regional direct in well-known company and this job was referred by him.
I’m still grateful his guidance and help toward my employment. He guided when no one knows me and I was nobody in Canada. I also know many people working in different field got job through him, and again I’m not convincing you or anyone to get job through job fair or through him, he is not sponsoring any job fair in Toronto or anywhere else, Hmi is just helping many people to get jobs or get settled easily.
I believe that Employers in Canada are not looking higher education or experience, they are looking the soft skills, appearance and attitudes.
Networking is the best way to go forward. However, get some tips from senior members or ask their suggestion and opinion in job search instead the criticism.
Many people are frustrated with the way employer are recruiting and screening the candidates in hiring process. I wish if they can make simpler for job seeker

Regards,

J. Smith

Thank you for your input. Especially your nice sportive words always encourage me to visit the forum. It is really difficult to manage the time and regularly visit the forum.

Job situation is really disappointing the new immigrant especially when Canadian employers are only want the Canadian Experience. I hope new immigration Minister will do something in this regards. Some petitions are going around waiving the Canadian experience for skilled immigrants. Hopefully it will work.

N.B : I'm receiving So many PM every day, I would like to apologize if for some reason I'm unable to reply on time. (Due to very busy schedule)

Thank you

Hi kiala,

I agree with you, there is competition in Toronto.

Try to register with any of the following employment agency they will send you the job posting according to your profession.

Hope that helps,

hmisabpk

Great, thanks for sharing,

lolz........answer my above post man...its so funny...by the way where do you get these links of job fairs hahaha...i think some auto alerts...man please be realistic and stop advertising these links to get public fame and reputation on forum...i asked you a question? have you been able to find any job from these job fairs...?

these job fairs are useless for a common person...i tell you people, you won't get nothing...huh except giving some +1111s to mr himisabpk.. ;D....

those job fairs and employment agencies are the "tools" available in canada to help newcomers find a job. If you know of other useful "tools" then please share it.

u need to change ur attitude 360 degree
